We, Seabatical and Jackets II were in the lock at 8:30 sharp and in lake Simcoe at 9:15.  Lake Simcoe and the river to the Big Chute were nice. We were reminded of Julington Creek where we live. Familiars’ out playing in the water. We saw our first family sized Lilly Pad, a foam pad the size of a king size bed. It was easy to imagine our kids enjoying one of those, it looked like a great toy for the water.  We saw the “Sparrow Beach Lodge” and wondered what fun it must have been to bring your whole family to the lake for “Holiday”. Canadians refer to their vacations as “Holiday”. When we got to the Big Chute 20Buck$ was tied off at the dock, Pat and Ken were in the water. It was another HOT day as soon as  we tied up we were in the water. We made dinner and enjoyed it together on the dock. Then made our plans for the Big Chute.
